Our involvement begins, much before the programme calendar is fixed, with the initial briefing where we bring our expertise to assess the current exposure level of the potential participants and identify the skill-sets needed, given their functional profile.
Accordingly, we define the framework for the workshop and develop the courseware and delivery methodology. The whole process is interactive in which the participants are also involved. This ensures that the development of the Workshop is customised to suit the immediate and near-future needs of the participants and their Organisations, thus making the Programme and its delivery sharp and focused.
Identifying Areas for Personal Development: Each participant is assessed for the unique skill upgradation required to achieve the programmed objective. The assessment and feedback are included and addressed in the workshop.
Customized Coaching: The Programme delivery pattern is customised based on the results of a carefully created assessment Questionnaire that determines the learning requirements.
Interactive Learning: Each session is interactive and designed to quicken the orientation process.
Participative Coaching: Participants go through intense group discussions, question-and-answer sessions, real-life case studies, and role-playing exercises, which help them bring sharp focus and correlate to day-to-day work and hone skills in the workshop.
Coaching Aids: Modern A/V aids are used to bring the Workshop alive with Camera shoots and replays for analysis and feedback.
